Clear Span Steel Framed
This flat deck (Breeder) laying unit and packing/amenity building was built in early 2015.
The site consists of a clear span steel framed poultry house 94.800m (311') long x 21.336m (70') wide and a packing/amenity building that is 20.000m (65') x 10.000m (32').
Due to site constraints the packing/amenity building was built alongside the poultry unit and is set approximately 1.500m (5') above the laying unit.
Externally the buildings have Goosewing Grey roofs and Merlin Grey walls. Internally the poultry house is Goosewing Grey and the packing/amenity building is White.
